Noa is an inspirational speaker, coach, mentor, trainer, and leader

As an Israeli native I bring an international perspective to my work with International leaders and individuals who know that to lead cultural change and walking their talk it has to start with them.

My first experience as a leadership coach started in the Israeli Navy where I have trained and coached officers how to be better leader and since then my passion to leadership has never stopped. I bring over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Development, Relocation and Expatriate Coaching. I worked at the for profit and the non-profit sector, I worked inside organizations and as an external consultant, I lead employees for money and lead volunteers for passion.

I learned first hand from my personal relocation experience that many times when we step into the path of change, or lead an organizational change we think we know how the change is going to look like, but then in reality it looks different than how we envisioned it. This personal experience made me somewhat obsessed and curious about the following topics:  Why we fear the fear? Why we avoid our emotions? Why we don't like to get messy? Why being lost invites creativity and connection, and how we can find peace in our heart when we feel different.

"Noa's Coaching led me to discover that I simply needed to give myself permission to take the steps necessary to invest in myself, take control of my day to day decisions and actions and focus on the important work and doing so with confidence"

it's not easy being green...

After the move to the US, it took me years to find peace with the idea that when I open my mouth people know that I am different. This new reality taught me to see situations and people differently and have much respect for the different. This is why one of my biggest passions is to create bridges between people by inviting them to open their mind and heart to see people and situations differently rather than trying to fix or change them.

Magic recipes?

I don't believe in “one size fit-all” coaching programs, unfortunately, what I find is that the magic formulas work charms on the person who developed them but not on the people who really need them. In leadership, many programs put their attention on skills-based approach and band-aid solution. They will teach you how to DO leadership, but my clients are brilliant leaders, executives, business owners and individuals who have much knowledge and skills to be impeccable leaders, but the intensity of life doesn’t allow them to sit still and pay attention to their strengths, their energy and how they show up as leaders. When they take the time to notice what they think and do they make new choices and lead with much impact. They understand that to lead a cultural change it requires integrity and walking their talk it has to start with them, the leaders they dare themselves to BE.

Noa lives in Raleigh area with her husband, Ofir, and her three loud, hungry teens who teach her how to find her way to be the person (and parent) she wants to BE. As a giver, Noa loves hosting people and making a lot of food, especially healthy food. To nurture the Giver within Noa found that running outdoors is one of her outlets, it allows her to understand better the mental process during her runs that she believes impact other areas in her life and at the same time the opportunity during her runs to appreciating nature and connect with it. In 2017 Noa started the Facebook live "On the Run," in this FB Live she shares her short and sweaty thoughts from her runs.

Kickboxing is another sport that brings Noa joy. She believes it helps her to release negative energy, and cleanse her body. When she doesn't speak to groups or coach, you can find her sipping on a good cup of cafe-latte while writing about her messy experiences in one of the local coffee shops.

"I want to share with you how profoundly your “talk” has changed my life…
You, Noa, made a huge impact in my life.
Even if we never meet again (which I consider unlikely),
I want you to know that you made a difference in my life."
