Noa is an inspirational speaker, author, coach, mentor, and leader
Noa’s first experience as a leadership coach was when she served in the Israeli Navy as a leadership trainer. She helped officers learn what does it mean to lead by example and walk their talk. Since then her passion for working with leaders and learn more about leadership has never stopped. Noa brings over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Development, Relocation and Expatriate Coaching. Noa worked at the for-profit and the non-profit sectors, inside organizations and as an external consultant, she led employees for money and led volunteers for passion.
Noa learned first hand, through her personal relocation experience, that many times when we step into the path of change, we think we know how the change is going to look like, but in reality, it seems different. This personal experience made her obsessed to understand better the emotional and social state during a time of change. She studied how it impacts personal growth, awareness, grief, decision making, organizational culture and of course leadership.
what is the norm?
After the move to the US, it took Noa years to be okay with the idea that every time she opens her mouth people know that she is different. This new reality taught her to see people and life situations from a new perspective and respect the different and different opinions. This is why her passion is to encourage progressive leaders to keep challenging the norm, to think differently and never settle on leading a change they care so much.
Noa inspires progressive social business leaders, executives, teams, and individuals to dare. She believes that norm is only a word with no real meaning. Her talks, workshops, and coaching spark people’s desire to show up. She encourages them to stop flirting with change, think outside the box and never settle down on being the unique person they are. Especially, if they don’t fit the “norm-box.”
Noa lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband, Ofir, and three loud, hungry teens who teach her how to fear no one and be an aware parent. As a giver, Noa loves hosting people and make too much tasty-healthy food (yes it is possible). Running outdoors is a meditative outlet for Noa, it allows her to connect with nature and disconnect from the screens and take time to deepen her ideas. In 2017 Noa started "On the Run," videos where she shares inspirational short and sweaty thoughts after her runs. You can find those videos on her social media feeds. When Noa is not coaching or speaking, you can see her in one of the local coffee shops sipping on a good cup of caffe-latte while writing her thoughts.
