I enCourage leaders to look beyond the norms so they can walk their talk with integrity and feel momentum with their leadership.

I coach executives, progressive business leaders and teams towards achieving consistent results with their goals when they lead through time of constant change. Though, to see consistent results you will need to dare yourself to look at your leadership blindspots so you can take on new actions and way of being.

“ It takes courage to stay with the mess in order to see the full picture. Noa helps you to see beyond the actions, to the patterns of behaviors and emotions that can both help and hinder you on the path of self-discovery and connection with others.” UN Leader

AwareLess

Distractions, stress, fast pace environment and constant change mislead our leadership way from seeing the results we want.

This is what I call a state of AwareLess. Unconsciously, we let our hidden focuses (autopilot tendencies) to mis-lead our
actions or way of being from taking on actions we should dare ourselves to take. We lose focus.

Conscious Leaders

Conscious leadership is what leads you from doing leadership to pay attention to your being energy and align your actions with your way of being. You move from personal growth to look BEyond You, BEyond Your Values and BEyond your Vision to engage others and help them grow to their best selves.

Never settle on the norms

There is the solution everyone else is telling you or you believe you should follow. But what is a solution you want to follow? what if there is a solution you haven’t thought about that can bring the results you don’t see right now?

Let’s define the leadership or business results your way and then create the system that works for you.

Let’s design your norms, your way of doing business and the leader you want and can be for your people.

When you define your norms you can lead your way and walk with integrity. Then you can identify your purpose and why, your values which are your internal compass and impact your relationships with others and self and your strengths.

This is the beginning of a new conscious leadership that many leaders don’t have the luxury, or time to think about but is necessary for their success and leading in the complex reality today.

““Hard work is about risk. It begins when you deal with the things that you’d rather not deal with: fear of failure, fear of standing out, fear of rejection. Hard work is about training yourself to leap over this barrier, drive through the other barrier. And after you’ve done that, to do it again the next day.”
— Seth Godin

Coaching Expats

Master the challenges of relocation, establishing a new network that can help you find a new job and feel confident when english is not your first language. As a leader - master the challenges of culture gaps and leading in a diverse environment.

What stood out most for me is that Noa understood very quickly who I was as a person so that we could work on my goals. Also she had been in the same situation as me as an executive woman expatriated so we could share our experiences.

If I want to work with you does it matter where I live?

I coach people from all around the world. I have and had clients from Vietnam, Russia, Israel, Haiti, Japan, France, India, Germany, Sweden and of course the US.
Group coaching or individual coaching can be one-to-one through the phone, video call or face to face (depends on your location.)

But if I work during the day?

I start my coaching sessions at 6AM EST to accommodate my clients needs and location around the world. Some of my clients prefer to talk with me before they head to the office or during their lunch time to avoid distractions.
Pls pay attention I do not coach while you drive.

How long is a session?

Most coaching sessions are 45-50 minutes
For in depth work, or work with expatriates that English is not their first language you can choose a double coaching session. Some of my clients this in depth work valuable or easier with their busy schedule.

How long is the coaching engagement?

Most of my clients start with four to six months and three sessions a month. After that we move to six months with two sessions a months, or a two hours session in depth session once a month. Still, when we will have our design your coaching goals call we will also discuss what works best with your needs, schedule and way of living/working. It has to fit you.

“Noa has a special talent of asking the right thought-provoking questions that enable people to discover a deeper understanding of the challenges they face, which then results in realistic, actionable roadmaps for change and growth. “

Keeping You on Course
My role is to make sure that our conversation is aligned with the coaching goals we identified and when I feel you distract us from the goal I will make sure to bring us back.

Listening differently
Sometimes we think we know what is the problem we are trying to solve, but when we engage in a conversation with a coach that is trained in listening and asking questions they can help us find the clarity we are missing and realize our focus was on the wrong problem or solution.

Resources
I always share resources like: books, TED talks, articles, podcasts, exercises and systems that can help/inspire you but won't distract you or be another task on your plate. It has to be essential and supporting your path of growth.
If you are focusing on research and can’t see an action I might share less resources with you until we see movement.

Accountability:
In the end of each session I ask the same question: “What is your biggest takeaway?” and then we create a plan of next steps until next session.

“I will carry with me many of the lessons and insights and will strive to use them in my day to day life. Thank you for being a wonderful coach and human being! You bring out the best in people.”
