The Messy Middle

I love working with organizations that grow fast, the ones that grow from 4 to 40, from 40 to 300, or 300 to 1,500. When we work in an organization that is growing more than fast, there is a lot of messiness that requires us and the system as a whole to pay attention to how we approach our actions and the way we are being with each other.

  • Is your organization going through constant change, and at times it feels like you are missing clarity on your direction, your values, and your why?

  • Team Systemic Coaching

    Team Systemic coaching helps a team work better within themselves and with their stakeholders. Team Coaching, if done well, engages many different methods and tools. It is designed with the clients after a needs assessment that includes a conversation with team members and stakeholders.

  • Group Coaching

    The intimate conversation focused on goal setting, deepening awareness around critical issues, learning from each other, taking action, and accountability. This program is not training but requires unique skills as a facilitator.

  • Workshops 

    From two hours to a full day, let me help you design the workshop that fits your needs on topics of vision, purpose, values, change, time management for executives, conflict resolution, creating awareness using the BEyond model to identify your leadership blind spots and reflect on your leadership style and choices. Reflection

Focus: time management, strategic planning, prupose.

Reflection is one of the main tools that can distinguish between the leaders who see results and the ones who don’t. Reflection can help leaders move from being reactive, distracted, and tactical to proactive, strategic, and engaging others.
But the problem is that most of us don’t know how to reflect.

The Beyond Model is a leadership tool that can help you reflect and envision weekly and quickly while engaging the being and doing energies to see the change you want.

BEyond Your Leadership Strengths

Focus: Communication, strengths, empathy, compassion, Self AwareNess and uniqueness.
This program is for leaders and/or their teams

We love solving problems, but what’s possible if we look at what’s working as leaders and teams?

In this program, you will:

Leaders:

  • Identify your core strengths

  • How can your strengths help you and your team go beyond?

  • Look Beyond - Teams’ strengths

Teams:

  • Identify the unique strengths of each member of the team

  • Leverage - how can we leverage the unique strengths of each individual on the team as a whole?

  • Look Beyond - what’s possible as a team when we work from what’s working as a team?

  • Accountability - create a plan to keep working from what’s working - what do we need to commit as individuals and a team? Team check-ins and responsibilities to keep revisiting this plan.

The HeART Of Conflict

Focus: Building Relationships, Feedback, Conflict, hard conversations, communication, compassion, self-awareness

One of the main challenges we have as leaders and teams is to approach hard conversations and give uncomfortable feedback. Most people prefer to avoid those conversations or finish them as fast as they can.

Most conflict programs don’t work because they focus on actions, but to show up differently with others we need to create awareness of our blindspots when we communicate with others.

In this thought-provoking program (yes! each time people have the same reaction when they go through this program), Noa will teach you how EVERYTHING you are trying to stop the other person from doing is actually what keeps the relationship with them so challenging.

In this program you will:

  • Learn your triggers - what it is they do that trigger you?

  • Identify the emotions and thoughts that show up in a moment of conflict.

  • Learn how the emotions and thoughts impact your actions

  • How do they see you when you are triggered? How it impacts their actions?

  • Plan - Leave the room with a plan of new steps you can take to see new results with your relationships.

Value Your Leadership
Hands-On creative Workshop to craft your values

Focus: values, leadership, communication, influence, engagement, conflict.

Core values are the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization - they are the north star that leads your way and your WHY. This is why your values guide your behaviors, decisions, and relationships with others.

At times we or others don't honor our values, and then we experience conflict internally or externally with others. 

In this engaging workshop, you will create a vision board of your values: 

  • You will intuitively Identify your values

  • Purpose/Why - Get clarity on why your values are so important to you.

  • Look BEyond - how can you look beyond your values? what possible when you hold the perspective that each person holds their core values that at times can be in conflict with yours?

  • Design Beyond - How can you learn more about the values of others and communicate your values better with others?.
